Shipping Policy

Products featured on the website typically ship within the week and shipping charges are covered by Metagolden. However, because of the unique nature of our product offering, Metagolden requires a variable lead time for production/ generation of CUSTOM art and jewelry (typically 2-6 weeks) depending on scope of project.

Due to the high-value of the product we require secure, insured overnight delivery via UPS or FedEx (with a signature) for all shipments. Products purchased in Houston, Texas may be hand-delivered if preferable.

Return & Exchange Policy

Customer has 48 hours upon receipt to inspect and/or return merchandise. WE ACCEPT RETURNS ONLY ONLY IF THE NFT HAS NOT YET BEEN CLAIMED so please wait to inspect merchandise prior to claiming NFT. Returns must be via Fed-Ex or UPS priority overnight and insured for the proper amount. Items received back after seven days will not be accepted for refund. Items received by Metagolden before seven days of receipt in un-worn, as-purchased condition will receive a full refund.

*After the refund purchase period of seven days digital art may be transferred to customer's Opensea account or crypto wallet.
